I was in acute pain when I called Advanced Endodontics. I explained my situation to the receptionist and found her to be extremely pleasant and accommodating. She made my appointment within a 24-hour period. From the time I entered the office I was treated with kindness and understanding. The atmosphere is very serene. After being seated in the dental chair I was given a pillow for the back of my head and was covered with a blanket. This helped me to relax and made me feel cared for. They definitely work hard at making you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Danna Saidon listened attentively while I explained what was wrong. She answered my numerous questions with patience and did everything she could to put me at ease. When she gave me the Novocain she used a technique where she tapped your cheek as the needle moved along, taking my mind off the needle, and causing minimal if no pain. I was very pleased. She worked professionally and comfortably on my tooth. She told me to call the office if I had any issues. I had to call more than one time and was never made to feel I was bothering anyone. I was always treated with courtesy. This tooth had needed to be seen more than once and she has always accommodated me. I was completely satisfied and feel she was truly concerned about me, her patient. I would recommend Advanced Endodontics to anyone who wants an excellent quality of care. I believe the comfort and care of their patient is their first priority.
